Awardz Pool is a voluntary player-versus-player (PVP) skill contest among users who choose to enter. You compete against other players’ scores, not against DOSWAPZ as a house opponent. Arcade games remain free without entering. If you enter, you can lose 100% of the SOL or ETH you send. Losers are not refunded. USD numbers on screen are estimates, not dollar IOUs, not bank deposits, and not insured accounts.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Do not enter if paid skill contests, prize competitions with consideration, or similar activity is unlawful where you live, work, or are present — including any place that treats this as gambling, a lottery, or a licensed activity DOSWAPZ does not hold. You are solely responsible for your local law, taxes, and eligibility. 18+ (or majority, if higher).
These rules are protective disclosures. They are not legal advice. They do not make Awardz lawful in every jurisdiction. If you need a legal opinion, hire counsel in your jurisdiction.
Awardz Pool accepts optional live entries when the on-page lock is open, you have connected with X, acknowledged the PVP / own-risk boxes, created an intent, and sent native SOL or ETH to the published address for the exact amount shown. Arcade play remains free without entering.
There is no line-item fee. Your stake is booked in USD at the live oracle at the moment of the intent. At lock close the USD book is paid in crypto at the then-spot. If crypto went up, leftover coins stay with DOSWAPZ (conversion difference). If crypto went down, the lock pays 100% of holdings — nobody is owed a dollar top-up.
Unsolicited transfers that are not matched to a live Awardz intent (wrong amount, no intent, mint/launch payments) are not contest entries and need not be returned.
1. VOLUNTARY — PLAY STAYS FREE
Every arcade cabinet can be played without Awardz, without a wallet, and without a seed.
Entering Awardz is an extra opt-in. No dark pattern. No “connect to play.”
You may close the page and keep playing for entertainment only. Scores without an Awardz entry have no cash value (Legal §11).
2. THIS IS PVP
Awardz Pool is player-versus-player. Entrants compete against each other on high score at the end of a day, week, or month lock. The prize pool is other players’ voluntary entries (plus your own entry if you win). DOSWAPZ is the contest operator / administrator, not your opponent, not a bookmaker taking the other side of your bet, and not a house bank betting against you.
Winner (or documented tie split) is the eligible player with the highest score in that lock, subject to these rules and Legal §11A.
Skill, practice, and the game client matter. Chance, latency, bugs, and cheats can still affect outcomes. There is no warranty of a fair or skill-pure match.
DOSWAPZ does not promise you will win, place, or recover any value.
3. OWN RISK — YOU CAN LOSE EVERYTHING YOU SEND
IF YOU ENTER, YOU DO SO ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU MAY LOSE 100% OF THE CRYPTO YOU SEND. LOSERS ARE NOT REFUNDED. WINNERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED ANY USD AMOUNT.
An Awardz send is contest consideration, not a deposit account, not a bailment, not a custodial savings balance, and not FDIC/SIPC/FSCS insured.
On-chain transfers are irreversible. Wrong chain, wrong amount, wrong address, or sending without a live intent is your loss.
If you do not post a qualifying score in the lock, you still forfeit the entry to the pool if two or more eligible players exist; if the lock cannot be run, leftover crypto may be returned in original units at operator discretion, without USD conversion, without interest, and without obligation to hurry.
Network fees, failed transactions, MEV, reorgs, oracle gaps, and UI mistakes are your risk.
4. ELIGIBILITY; 18+; VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you are, whichever is higher.
You must be able to form a contract. You must not be a sanctioned person or in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction (Legal §2).
Void where prohibited. You must not enter if your location treats this as unlawful gambling, an unlicensed lottery, an unlicensed contest, or any activity requiring a license DOSWAPZ does not hold.
You represent, each time you opt in, that your participation is lawful for you. DOSWAPZ may geo-block, freeze, void, or refuse entries with or without notice and owes you no damages for that.
Employees, operators, and anyone who can write scores or payout keys may be barred from prize eligibility at operator discretion.
5. ENTRY, LOCKS, USD BOOK
Locks: day (closes 00:00 UTC), week (Monday 00:00 UTC), month (1st 00:00 UTC). A send that confirms after close does not enter that lock.
You may enter more than one lock only with separate confirmed intents and sends.
Minimum advertised USD worth is a display floor (preview: $5). The unit of pooling is USD so SOL and ETH can sit in one book. You still send native SOL or ETH to the published DOSWAPZ address shown on the live page.
USD figures are estimates from an oracle at deposit and again at settlement. They are not a promise to pay dollars, stablecoins, or a fixed coin amount.
6. SCORING, FREEZE, WINNER
Eligible = live matched intent + confirmed on-chain entry into that lock + at least one score posted during the lock window under your X session (or other identity the live page requires).
At close the period board freezes. Highest eligible score wins. Ties split the period inventory pro-rata as documented on the live page.
Scores are client-posted today and can be spoofed, botted, or wrong. See §9.
7. PAYOUT; CONVERSION LEFTOVER
If armed, payout goes to the same address that entered. No redirect. You must be able to receive the asset(s) the period still holds.
The period pays from crypto actually held for that lock. If the USD book is larger than the inventory’s then-value, the period pays 100% of holdings and the house leftover is zero. Nobody is owed extra coins from operating funds.
If inventory covers the USD book at the settlement oracle, leftover coins may remain with DOSWAPZ as conversion difference / administrative consideration for running the contest — not a line-item “fee,” not an investment return to you, and not a guaranteed house profit.
Auto-pay may stay off. Operator may pay manually. Failed sends can be retried or marked needs-manual. Delayed payout is not a breach of a dollar obligation, because there is no dollar obligation.
8. WALLET, COMSEC, OPSEC, AUTO-DISCONNECT
COMSEC. HTTPS only. DOSWAPZ never asks for a seed phrase, mnemonic, or private key. Any seed prompt is a scam. Do not paste secrets into chat or forms.
OPSEC. Use a dedicated burner wallet funded with only the intended entry. Never your main bag. Bookmark the real host. Check the URL. Watch clipboard attacks and fake extensions.
AUTO-DISCONNECT. Same as math mint / phunk / pond swap: connect → sign/send → wallet disconnects. No silent reconnect. Next entry needs a fresh user click.
NATIVE SEND ONLY. SOL or ETH value. No token approve. No unlimited allowance for Awardz.
Verify recipient, chain, amount, lock, and USD estimate on screen, then again on a block explorer, before you confirm. After broadcast it is yours to live with.
9. CHEATING; VETO; NO FAIRNESS WARRANTY
Arcade scores can be faked. DOSWAPZ may void an entry, freeze a lock, refuse a payout, retally, or ban an identity at sole discretion if scores look impossible, automated, duplicated, or abusive — or for any integrity, legal, or security reason. There is no promise of detection, no promise of a human review timeline, and no promise that a visible leader will be paid.
10. WHAT THIS IS NOT
Not a bank deposit, escrow-for-safekeeping, payment account, or custodial wallet product for your general funds.
Not an investment, security, commodity interest, or profit share in DOSWAPZ.
Not a lottery or raffle we claim is chance-based; we operate it as a skill contest among players. Your local regulator may disagree. If they would call it gambling, you must not enter.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Not available as a live product until the operator arms it. Preview copy can change.
11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK; RELEASE
By opting in you knowingly assume all risk of total loss of the crypto you send, of winning nothing, of conversion differences, of bugs, of cheats, of delayed or failed payout, of regulatory action, and of public display of your handle or payout address. To the maximum extent permitted by law you release DOSWAPZ and its operators from claims arising out of Awardz, including negligence, except where a release is unenforceable (including, where applicable, gross negligence or willful misconduct).
Indemnity, limitation of liability, arbitration, and class-waiver terms in the Legal document apply to Awardz.
12. BINDING DOCUMENTS
In order of control if they conflict: (1) Legal Terms including §11A; (2) this page; (3) on-page acknowledgments and live UI. Feature-specific notices you click through are part of the agreement (Legal §32).
