It is not a credit score, not financial advice, not a social-media analytics product you resell, and not a promise that X (Twitter) data will always be available. A live report, if you pay for one, is a one-time cut of your inbound actions rolled up per person.

PAYMENTS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. If you send BTC, ETH, or SOL, send the exact amount on the correct chain to the published DOSWAPZ treasury shown on the PAY screen. Wrong chain, wrong amount, or a phishing mirror is your loss. 18+ (or majority, if higher).

3. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

If you pay, you are buying a one-time person-graph report for the SKU window you picked (7 / 30 / 90 days), priced to cover third-party API cost plus a Layer cut as shown on the PAY screen. You are not buying equity, a subscription unless separately stated, a data resale license, or a promise of X API uptime.

4. WHAT YOU ARE NOT BUYING

Not an investment, security, or profit share.
Not a bank deposit, escrow, or custodial wallet product.
Not legal, financial, tax, or “who to follow” advice.
Not a guarantee that any named person will appear, that counts are complete, or that official liking-users endpoints will be used (they are the cost wall; the operator must not hit them on every page load).
Not a right to scrape, dox, harass, or commercially redistribute other people’s identities.

5. DEMO VS LIVE X ROLLUP

The CIRCLE you see on first load is demo data so you can learn the board without paying. A live report requires (1) a confirmed payment to a published treasury and (2) a nightly (or batch) rollup of your last N posts, liking users / replies / quotes / reposts, and follower + following sets for mutuals. Official liking-users is expensive; it is not called on page load. Until that job is connected, RUN REPORT still shows the demo rollup so the board is usable. Paying does not create a fiduciary duty to deliver a particular person list on a particular clock.

6. RISK; NO REFUNDS; TAXES

On-chain transfers are irreversible.
Unmatched, underpaid, overpaid, or wrong-network sends need not be refunded.
You are solely responsible for taxes on the payment (Legal §27).
Use a burner wallet. DOSWAPZ never asks for a seed phrase.

7. DATA; PRIVACY; X API

A live job, when armed, processes public X engagement around your posts and your follow graph. Do not use the product to collect, store, or sell other people’s personal data in violation of X’s terms, applicable privacy law, or Legal §14 / §20. CSV export is for your own cut. Cap faces: default top 25, max 100.

8. BINDING LEGAL

This document is part of the DOSWAPZ legal packet. It is incorporated into the Terms at Legal §15A. If this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control. Using The Missing Layer is use of the Platform under those Terms, including photosensitivity / seizure warning, AS-IS disclaimer, limitation of liability, and arbitration.
